− Is a bit tired but spacious and location good

5.0L'emplacement
− Le sous sol, le jeux de mots dans le titre de l'annonce, ce n'est pas cozy

3.0The location is good. It's close to the subway.
− The place is located in the basement. It's smelly. The flor was dirty. When we arrived the heating was broken and for first night it was around 14C degrees. Fortunately the contact with the host was quite good and after 2 hours someone arrived to replace the battery.
The apartment matched the price
6.0there were 3 rooms to sleep which was great, each of us could use a different room, this was excellent The appartment was perfectly equipped—even converters were in the room The appartmet in located in the basement of a nice building, the heating worked excellent,
− The key box was difficult to locate—Google Maps took me to the wrong entrance, and I only managed to find the hidden door key and the correct lockbox with help from a kind local. - There was an unpleasant musty smell in the apartment we entered the apartment and didn't feel comfortable right away. In some parts, it felt a bit worn-out, there was a deposit needed for the rrom - I was not charged but i never had this before,
