Friendly staff, nicely designed studio flat.

− I had to pay £100 deposit on the top of my booking fee. Our room needs a little bit refurbishment. Especially the bathroom. I also booked room with the view and I had a view on the grafitti wall.

Decent sized space but could do with some TLC.

It was a large space for the price. The WIFI was good and the access very easy.

− It was a bit run down. The shower head was broken, so you had to hold it and the handle was broken with screws showing. It was very warm and the fan was broken.

Awful, awful, and awful I want a refund and my security deposit back.

Location awful. I think many refugees were living by there. Water being thrown from the window from the flat above.

− All of it. I want a refund.

Nice size for a couple, big spacious bathroom.

− Not the cleanest flat unfortunately, random stains on radiators etc, no tea towels which made it difficult to cook and clean up any spills. Uncomfortable pillows, could do with extra 2, as only 1 per person. TV didn't have any channels available, so need to have a streaming service account or can do BBC iPlayer. Most disappointing aspect was that when booking the property, it is listed as with free and accessible parking, but when you get the actual details for the property, a day before your stay, it says 'not guaranteed free parking available''. After a 3 hr drive, we spent about an hour talking with the staff on the phone trying to find out about parking, as it turns out it's only permitted parking at the front of the flat block, and you don't get a permit with your booking. There's approximately 4 free parking spaces by the flat, which of course were taken. I was told to park on single yellow lines by the flat from 6 30 pm till 8 am. And then what? So I ended up booking a parking space for the duration of our stay that was 10 min walk from the flat. Obviously far from 'accessible parking'. As someone with chronic pain, this was less than satisfactory.

Booked a large room with a view which was changed to a different room on the day of the arrival as I was told there was some work being carried out on the room I booked. Room I was given was dirty - dusty bedside cabinet, bottom of bed, hairs in the sink, sweet wrappers, balloons, plastic wrappers, tissues and what appeared to have been straw wrapper in the sofa.

− Dirt - wife woke up with what looked like bed bug bites/ rash on her back and a sore back from the protruding bed springs. No security - door chain missing, broken toilet seat.

Adequate but over promised and under delivered.

− The sheets were synthetic with what looked like burn holes. The bed was in an alcove.
