Sehr gute Lage. Freundlicher Empfang. Gute Klimaanlage. Verdunkelungsmöglichkeiten sehr gut. Top Gelateria Neve di Latte um die Ecke und Trattoria da Luigi ebenfalls zu empfehlen.

− Was soll man sagen? Alles ziemlich durcheinander und nicht besonders sauber. Gefrierfach z.B. eine Zumutung. 96 Stufen weiß man (hoffentlich) vorher, aber dass es keinen Türöffner gibt und man die 96 rauf und runter laufen muss, um jemanden reinzulassen... ? Alles da, aber eher einfach und lieblos. Nur ein Schlüssel. Die Dusche hofft unerwidert auf guten Wasserdruck und eine gründliche Reinigung. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer ist nur etwas für Leute, die gerne richtig bretthart schlafen wollen. Wer das nicht möchte, ist hier falsch, wobei ich diesen Punkt nicht bewerten möchte: ist schließlich Geschmackssache. Unterm Strich könnte das eine charmante Wohnung sein, wenn man nur etwas mehr daran interessiert wäre.....

Enter the apartment door and the property was our cool, calm and stylish sanctuary form the bustle around. The balcony is large and provides a wonderful view of the changing Rome light. Bed is very comfy, bathroom huge, kitchen well appointed, and a washing machine was very useful. Location is fabulous close to bus routes. We loved our stay here

− It’s 96 steps. Which is a lot. But man the view is worth it.

The location is amazing, the terrace is unbelievable for a breakfast or to be outside. The small apartment had all the amenities listed and we were able to have a mostly comfortable stay with what was available.

− Those with pet allergies beware! While most of the apartment was clean, we encountered plenty of dog hair on the fold out sofa and around the living space. The shower was unable to maintain continuous flow of hot water. It changed between hot and cold continuously.

Днес се прибрахме от вълшебната ни седмица в Рим. Апартаментът е на уникална локация на пешеходно разстояние до 30 минути от всички най- големи забележителности- Ватикана, Площад Навона, Кампо си Фьори , Треви , Колизеума , Капитолия и много други. Точно във сърцето на стария град. Има огромна тераса на която можете да си изпиете сутрешното кафе или вечерното питие гледайки към тиха улица и много на високо. Апартамента е супер. Вижда се върха на купола на катедралата Свети Петър. Флавио беше много учтив , посрещна ни и ни настани, въпреки,че бяхме пристигнали много рано. Трябва да имате предвид ,че сградата естествено е без асансьор и имате да качвате 5 етажа стълби,но това даже ни хареса . След хапването на пица , паста ,сладолед и други вкусотии стълбите помагаха за поддържане на фигурата ни :). Няма да сбъркате ако изберете този прекрасен апартамент.

Very comfortable, spacious apartment with an un unbelievable balcony that made our breakfasts and dinners even more delicious and romantic. It was very clean inside. Despite some troubles with wi-fi, Maurizio helped us immediately. The apartment has some basic household goods for making food and washing which made our stay even more convenient.

− Slightly noisy if you open the windows during night.
