It’s good in general because of the location.
7.0The location is great. It’s easy to get around in the city either by walking to by taking subway.
− It could have done better by providing plates and hand towels. The sink in the washroom wasn’t working well. Also, the hot water for shower were usually not enough for 2 people during our stay there.

− Wij dachten dat er 2 badkamers inzaten. Dit stond ook in de beschrijving. Echter was er maar 1.

It wasn’t a bad stay but I couldn’t love it.
8.0Location close to transport hub, and Gaudí properties. Quick lift to 6th floor. Quiet room. Comfortable mattresses. Great shower. Washing machine. Ease of checking in. Separate aircon. Close to two Vinitus restaurants.
− No tablets for dishwasher meant it was unusable. No full length mirror. No lock on bathroom door. Aircon was noisy. Too many messages from host offering extra paid for services. The flat feels like a box for sleeping in, having no character.
Disappointing
2.0The property was hard to inspect as they cancelled our stay. We were on a cruise and did not understand when they insisted on charging us because they were busy. We told them that we would be arriving at 11.00 on the expected day, My bank card would not go through as we were sailing into Barcelona. Our flight was delayed and so was the luggage. We arrived to find that our booking was cancelled , The receptionist was extremely rude about answering me about the cancellation . Her attitude was appalling telling me she could help me by moving us to one of the groups hotels. We were so tired and had to move. I was very disappointed I have never been treated so badly In fact we are in Trieste at the most fabulous apartment. I will not be returning to Barcelona!
