Great location and apartment but not ideal for a baby
8.0Great location and a nice apartment for a family
− Single bed very squeaky and sharing room with a baby so had to sleep on the sofa. Doors don’t close very easily without slamming them. Again not ideal with people or a baby sleeping. New handles and a new single mattress needed desperately. Other than that it was brilliant.
Would stay again.
9.0Nice size. Clean. Had a good selection of crockery etc. Private outside space and very close to the beach. Parking space for one car. Quiet area and short car ride to Bournemouth town centre.
− No soap in bathrooms so bring your own. Bed in main bedroom very creaky and could keep you awake if light sleeper.
Stunning Sandbanks.
8.0The property was comfortable and clean. The area was stunning. We were next to one of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to (Rick Stein, Sandbanks) and it was walking distance from one of the best beaches ever.
− The toilet flush in the main bathroom wasn’t working. There were no toiletries or washing powder, which is fine but I think I’m too used to hotels because I forgot to bring my own thinking they would have some there.

An ideal location close to the beach and sights on the sunny south coast
9.0Great location. Spacious apartment with everything for a self catering break. A partially enclosed balcony was a bonus to enjoy the sun out of the wind. Bedrooms 2 & 3 were over crowded with beds to accommodate larger parties but not an issue for us. The apartment was cold on arrival with the heating and hot water on a timer that did not suit our arrival. Similarly there was no hot water the next morning. Written instruction would help those unfamiliar with a Nest control system. I would be more than happy to return for a further stay and would recommend.
