Ganz besonders hervorzuheben ist die Lage der Ferienwohnung. Sie befindet sich direkt über dem Museum. Von dem großen Balkon aus bietet sich ein weiter Blick über das Meer und auf die Insel Sao Jorge. Zwischen Haus und Meer liegt nur eine kaum befahrene Straße. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr gut und unkompliziert. In Laufweite gibt es einen gut sortierten kleinen Lebensmittelladen mit Cafe.
