5.0− De badge om toegang te krijgen tot het gebouw en de garage werkte niet. Het sleutelkastje hangt met een ketting vast aan de brievenbus en is hierdoor moeilijk te openen. Communicatie met de verhuurder was uitsluitend in het Engels en véél te laat beantwoord. De bocht in de oprit van de garage maakt het onmogelijk om met een langere auto binnen en buiten te rijden. De garagenummer hebben we toevallig gevonden door een berichtje aangeplakt in de keuken. De video die gemaakt is om de toegang tot de garage uit te leggen werkte niet op hun site. De verluchtingsrails boven de ramen kunnen niet volledig afgesloten worden waardoor er tocht was en warmteverlies. Het kleinste accumulatievuur in de woonkamer werkt niet. De verwarming in de badkamer werkte niet. De info om in het appartement te kunnen wordt slechts 24 uur voor het geplande toegangstijdstip bekendgemaakt.
