入住到回国都给人的体验感非常差，感觉受到了欺诈

− 入住时迟迟不给入住密码以及任何入住信息，正常都是提前告知旅客，还有交押金300欧也是临时才说并没有提前告知，付300欧押金也是要入住密码的时候才让我付，入住非常麻烦，消毒水味道很重，门根本不好开，住了三天都是爬窗户进出，走之后还无缘无故扣了100欧也没有告知，后续查账单才发现扣了100欧。要不是我查账单 都不知道多扣了我100欧 估计对很多外国用户都是这样 因为有些人100欧而已 不会去查信用卡账单 出入不会太大。可能是报侥幸心理吧。后续连续booking以及商家都不能解决问题。以后还是不要在booking定房吧

Please avoid, house full of mold, health hazard

− Avoid this property 100%, all the bedroom walls are filled with MOLD. There was a bad smell of mold inside the house that could be noticed as soon as you entered the house. At first we tried to stay in, but I had an instant allergic reaction; that house is a health hazard. We had this property booked for 7 days (500 EUR per night!!); however, we left the house on the first day and went looking for a hotel instead. I'm still trying to get my money back, but they keep avoiding replying. I went through 5 different people on their support team, and now I'm waiting for a reply for 1 week. See the pictures for yourself. I made a formal consumer complaint to OMIC, the Directorate General for Consumer Affairs, and the Directorate General for Tourism of the Balearic Islands. Besides the moldy walls, the property is advertised as having a washing machine but it does not. It has a dishwasher, not the same as a clothes washing machine. The road access is a bit annoying as the streets are narrow and always filled with people going to and from the beach side.

Great location, just next to three beautiful beaches

We had a pleasant time in Santanyi and appreciated being close to its spectacular coastline.

The house's location with views over the sea was spectacular, with ready access to nearby walking trails and Cala del Moro. The outdoor dining space was lovely, as was the spacious yard. The house had been recently painted and seemed well-maintained. The kitchen was supplied with plenty of cooking utensils and crockery (plus outdoor bbq) which made dining-in a breeze! In short, the house got many of the big things right.

− We found the house adequate, but found quite a few details lacking. Chains on the doors and kitchen window (to keep out insects) were unsightly and annoying to pass through (we preferred the ropes on the back door), and a lack of homely touches (lamps/atmospheric lighting), coffee tables, etc. were missed. One bed was quite uncomfortable to sleep on, and the living room was uninviting. Having to fight the endless stream of traffic and tourists in and out of the village to visit Cala del Moro and S'Almonia was also a mild annoyance, although not the fault of the property.
