8.0The housekeeping staff were very helpful welcoming and friendly especially the one was handling our floor Mostafa Mohamed , he was an adding value to the place as he was offering his services and was always smiling and respectful
− Steak house restaurant didn’t provide the best service nor quality despite of early reservations needed which very disappointing especially it has the best view but the staff and food quality was the worst

9.0We had a wonderful experience at Siva Golden Bay Makadi. Our family booking included six rooms, and everyone in our group truly enjoyed the stay. The staff were exceptionally hospitable, friendly, and cooperative, from Mr. Magdi at the reception to every staff member working around the hotel and on the beach. Everyone did their best to make us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. The atmosphere was fantastic, and the beach was absolutely amazing. The aqua park was more than enough for both adults and children to enjoy. The food was good and varied, with plenty of choices available. The resort is also well designed, making it very easy to move from one area to another. A big thank-you to every member of the team for making our family holiday so enjoyable and memorable. We truly appreciated your kindness and outstanding hospitality. We would be very happy to visit again!
− Although our overall experience was very positive, we would recommend having a wider swimming pool or adding another larger pool to better accommodate guests. Some of the room furniture could also benefit from renovation or replacement. Additionally, organising more activities, entertainment programmes, and evening parties would make the atmosphere even more enjoyable.

4.0The staff was good but there is situation not good happen and the stuff wasn’t uncooperative at all. My son had fever and I was needed medication for him but there is no pharmacy. There is no Clinic and when I ask the reception they said the doctor not here and he has his own medication there is no pharmacy at all. They didn’t offer me anything.

8.0The sea was nice and big with sandy beach and crystal clear water. The food choices were good. The staff were excellent with smiley faces. Overall great experience and value for the money.
− The resort needs major updating and the cold drinks were not served cold.
