need a vehicle to stay here
5.0balcony . great views. lots of sun
− decor rather tired. on a very steep hill so difficult for persons who don't walk too well. would have been helpful to know this before booking. also distance from shops etc. you really need vehicle to stay there. outdoor furniture very uncomfortable. no umbrella. pool not cleaned for 2 weeks and 5 days. pool surrounds not well maintained .

10.0Close proximity to the beach and lovely ocean views. The pool on site was a great bonus.

7.0The view from the balcony looks NE up the beach and out to sea. The balcony catches the morning Sun - great spot for your first coffee of the day. Lots of whale sightings this time of year. The kitchen is well appointed. The lounge is comfortable.
− The balcony furniture needs an upgrade. Could not get the soundbar to connect to the TV although it was the default setting. The main bedroom queen bed is firm, firmer than my preference. The walk back to the unit from town and/or the beach includes a walk up a steep incline on the road/path, driveway, then 2 flights of stairs - gets the ticker pumping.
