Guter Check In, gute Anleitung um in die Wohnung zu kommen, Bad war super clean und neu gemacht

− Couch hatte Flecken, kein Balkon (wie auf den Bildern klar zu sehen), Wand hatte viele Fettflecken im Bereich der Küche, Kochplatten fast ohne Leistung, Fensterscharniere hängen stark, ebenso die Küchenschränke, Hausflur riecht nach Gras, Nachbar hat uns stark angetrunken bepöbelt, Polizei war wegen lauten Nachbarn vor Ort, nur ein Schlüssel für 2 Leute, dreckiger Innenhof mit Müll,

Betten waren bezogen,sauber. Bad war sauber, Wasser heiß. Internet lief gut. Spülmittel und Duschgel war vorhanden.

− Küche bedarf dringend der Überarbeitung,der Vermieter versprach am Telefon Besserung. Das Gebiet hat Anwohnerparken, uns wurde auf dem Grundstück kein spezieller Parkplatz zugeordnet, so dass wir irgendwo auf dem Grundstück geparkt haben. Es ging, aber vielleicht war es die Feuerwehrzufahrt. Den Balkon auf dem Bild gibt es nicht.

− Die Wohnung war nicht sauber, Wasserhahn in der Küche lose, Schranktüren in der Küche gehen nicht richtig zu. Der Föhn im Badezimmer bricht in zwei Teile, Schimmel in der Dusche, Haare auf dem Schlafsofa, keine Bettwäsche
