Such a lovely place
10.0This the third time we have stayed here, each time has been amazing, such a lovely experience, very quiet location even though it’s close to the main road, you don’t hear it. Sandra the host really looks after you from chocolates to home made bread and jam, local sausages in the fridge. We love it here and very easy to get around Cornwall, train station is close by, we took the train to Penzance and its about 45 min drive to Padstow

10.0Lovely place Really quite Greeted by some lovely home made jams and bread which we were not expecting along with some goodies for breakfast in the fridge. You can tell that the place is well taken care of Because of the location you are able to hear and see some lovely local wildlife , we were lucky enough to see deer just outside the window which was lovely Really great location
Fantastic accomodation..
10.0The location was super peaceful and quiet. There was a bit of road noise but it was background noise and didn't impact on the tranquility of the location. The owner was very welcoming and friendly, leaving sausages, bacon, milk and chocolates was a nice touch and was greatly appreciated. Plenty to do and see with the lovely fishing villages of Looe and Polperro within easy reach and Bodmin Moor also nearby if you want a change from coastal locations. Will definitely make a return visit in the future

10.0This was my second stay at The Shepherd Hut and yet again it was fantastic. Everything was ready on arrival, with excellent communication from the hosts beforehand (who are absolutely lovely). The included breakfast/cream tea treats were most welcome, and delicious. The Hut has everything you need for a very comfortable stay in beautiful surroundings, and feels even more spacious than it looks in the photos. Get that fire lit and get cosy! Highly recommend!
A fantastic shepherd's hut!
10.0The Shepherds hut was well equipped and the owner left us bits for breakfast, biscuits and sweets. The honemade jam and bread was delicious. Located in a great position for us to walk the coastal path between Plymouth and Looe.
