8.0I thought the property was very nice and really neat to be in an authentic neighbourhood, but also very close to wonderful restaurants, and a quick walk to some amazing Roman sites.
− I wish we had a book of how to use everything in the property. The keyless check in was good, but the keys were hidden in an electrical box, and we were unaware of how the apartment worked, where you needed a physical key to get in and out of the property. The stove was tricky to use as the lighter was out of fuel. We also tried the to email and contact the property a few times and never received a response. For North American travellers, figuring out all the nuances of European living was hard, and a book of how to use things and where things were stored would be very helpful.
