9.0Vista spettacolare e casetta bella grande e accogliente con tutti i comfort!
− Controllare e riparare i fornelli, due non andavano e ne eravamo a conoscenza, gli altri due ci mettevano tanto a funzionare probabilmente perché non venivano usati da un po di tempo. C’erano tante ragnatele sulle persiane e sugli angoli delle finestre, come in camera da letto, in bagno e del balcone

− Non aver potuto usufruire del garage perchè le chiavi non aprivano, ( naturalmente ha grandinato e mi ha bocciato tutta l' auto), fornelli cucina funzionante 1 su 4. terrazzo molto bello con ottima vista sulle colline ma difficilmente utilizzabile per cenare o fare colazione causa tavolo completamente rotto

− Purtroppo devo lasciare una recensione negativa, cosa che difficilmente faccio. Le porte delle camere sono rotte e non restano chiuse neanche con la serratura, rotta anche quella, pertanto privacy pari a zero. La doccia si può utilizzare solo tenendo il doccino in mano in quanto il saliscendi è rotto. Mancano le zanzariere e l'aria condizionata, pertanto se si soggiorna d'estate o si muore dal caldo oppure si spalancano le finestre e ci si fa divorare dalle zanzare. Alla 11 del mattino è previsto il check out e non c'è nessuna tolleranza da parte del proprietario che già alle 11:02 scrive fastidiosi messaggi sollecitando la liberazione dell'appartamento, dopodichè, neanche il tempo di mettere le scarpe che già suona il campanello alla porta. Insomma, esperienza complessivamente negativa. P.S. Nel paesino non c'è niente, neanche un bar o un negozio di alimentari.

8.0Appartamento ampio, curato e recente, apparentemente poco utilizzato, ottima vista sulle colline. Sicuramente tranquillo e con buoni scuri (come piace a me)
− Due fuochi su 4 sono stati dichiarati in anticipo non funzionanti, e c'era una doppia piastra elettrica in caso; purtroppo anche un terzo fuoco non funzionava. C'erano solo 2 forchette, ma 4 delle altre posate. Il riscaldamento non si poteva regolare ed era torrido.
