− Relogé chez kyriad, fenêtre qui ne s’ouvre pas (lavabo et robinet devant la fenêtre) au top dans une chambre à 32 degrés 😡😡😡

1.0− Nous n avons pas du tout apprécié de ne pas être prévenus que l hôtel est en travaux et que nous avons été remis dans un hôtel pas de notre choix. Nous l avons découvert en appellant sur le trajet . C est la première fois que cela arrive.
Hotel fermé pour une raison inconnue
5.0L'hôtel était fermé alors que j'avais réservé juste 4 jours avant. Ils m'ont appelé pour me dire que j'allais être hébergée au Brit Hotel, puis le lendemain ça change encore, j'irai au Kyriad. Bref, j'ai eu une chambre dans un autre établissement donc je ne peux rien dire sur cet hôtel.

1.0Nous avons été logé dans un autre hôtel car celui ci a eu un gros problème technique, le compteur électrique a pris feu 🔥 🔥.
