6.0Schöne Aussicht vom Balkon aus auf die Hinterseite des Rathausturmes und auf den Uhrturm. Zentrale Lage, Straßenbahn gleich in der Nähe. Geräumiges, modernes Appartement.
− In der Wohn-Ess-Küche waren einige Ameisen. Es war aber ein Köder aufgestellt. An einem superheißen Tag (>35°C) unserer Ankunft wär es super, wenn am Vormittag jemand die Klimaanlage eingeschalten hätte. Die Klimaanlage hängt in der Küche und tat sich auch in der Nacht schwer, die Wohnung im Dachgeschoss runter zu kühlen.
