− I don’t like the facility lock of emergency lights and I experience the noise when the earthquake happened sounds un usual I apologise and the key all the bedrooms need to be there,

3.0Location is great. Facility was good. But upon check in since we arrived a little early we have to wait for the owners husband. The check in was kind of chaotic. Though we were guided by the security guards of The place to the parking lot, we paid for, the owner was kind of talking with a condescending tone. As if we can't understand instructions. The place is ok, quite comfortable. During check out I messaged the owner 3 hours ahead that we will leave the place. So that she can ask someone to check the room. 3 hours past no reply so I called her. She told us to leave the key at the table. Up until now no update whether it was checked or not. No refund for our security deposit
− I agreed to pay 1000 pesos for the security deposit for our stay. The owner said that it is refundable after the units inventory after we checked out. 5 days has past still not refunded. Already followed up twice, no reply from the owner.

9.0The amenities inside the unit. Ang yung caretaker and owner very accommodating
− It was nice though overwhelming lang yung fine dining arrangement ng table but it was nice mapapawow ka when you entered the unit. downside lang is not free yung pool every day use you need to pay extra to the developer.
