Great location, mediocre room
7.0The entrance area was beautiful. The staff was very nice & tried to be helpful
− The room was very small, no blow dryer, had to ask for glasses & then got styrofoam ones. I felt we paid too much for what we got.
Visit to Patzcuaro with family in a nice quite Hotel.
7.0The inside of the Hotel is beautiful and unique. Parking option is okay but a bit far.
− Coffee and sweet bread would have been nice. No meals are offered at this hotel. Parking service would have been nice.
Beautiful building but service is a little tired

− It’s pretty run down inside. In our room a few things didn’t work; the toilet flush, the bedside lamps, the TV. Just needs a bit of care to fix!
Pleasant
6.0It has a perfect location and a beautiful courtyard/reception. We stayed during Día de los Muertos, and the hotel was decorated beautifully.
− The room was very outdated and dark. Every time someone would shower the bathroom would get water everywhere due to the layout/build and the bathroom floor had no drainage.
