Mooi appartement met minpunten
6.0Op zich prima appartement met drie slaapkamers en twee badkamers, balkon en dakterras. Hek uit, loopbrug over en je bent bij de bus naar Barcelona. Nog straatje verder en je bent op het strand. Veilige parkeerplek voor je (huur)auto. Zwembad was nog niet open.
− De hygiëne bij aankomst was dramatisch. Behalve bet beddengoed en de handdoeken was alles vies: de meubels waren vies en stonken, badkamer en slaapkamer met schimmel, de vloer met kleed waren vies, keukengerei was vies, koelkast lag water onderin, vriezer was vies. Daarnaast was de regendouche stuk, konden alleen met de losse handdouche douchen, het nespresso apparaat lekt en er is geen kopje die er onder past. Balkon heeft slechts twee stoelen bij zes persoons appartement. Eethoek met maar vier stoelen. Na klagen hebben ze de vierde (van zes) dag extra schoongemaakt. Stuk beter daarna, maar nog steeds is hier wel wat werk aan de winkel. Daarnaast is het wel handig om te weten dat het appartement naast een grote drukke weg ligt met dag en nacht lawaai van auto's. Ook de vliegtuigen hoor je goed, maar dat vond ik minder hinderlijk. De balkondeuren kunnen niet op slot en zorgen niet voor geluidsisolatie.

1.0− Poca higiene y limpieza. Humedad y moho en las habitaciones y el baño. Sin agua caliente ni calefacción 5 días enteros y no nos reembolsaron nada de dinero.

10.0The apartment was super comfortable in a very quiet and peaceful area .We enjoyed every minute of our stay there . I am not gonna say much about the house ,because it is exactly what the photos show and even better . One thing that needs to be mentioned is the way the hosts treat their guests. Ana and Marc thank you so much for making us feel as we are in our house .Super professionals,caring hosts that really want to make every minute of your stay there better by providing any kind of help ,info and/or assistance regarding everything you may need and they really take into consideration every advice for possible improvement and try to evolve so the experience in their lovely home to be better and better for the next guests to come …
Good to know
- Due to legal requirement all guests need to introduce, before their arrival, the Personal ID information from everyone staying over and cover a public Tourist tax of 2,15€ per person per night through an online form that we'll be sharing with you. The tourist tax applies to guests over 16 years of age, for a maximum of 7 nights.
- Smoking inside the apartment as well as events, parties or any kind of loud music or noise are not allowed.
- The cost of cleaning includes the general cleaning of the apartment and the change of sheets and towels.
- The apartment must be left tidy, without any food or garbage remains. Failure to comply this rule may involve extra cleaning costs.
- Travel crib is offered upon request and availability with a fee of 20€ per stay.
