comfortable and very clean accommodation, friendly and helpful hosts.
9.0very warm hosts, went out of their way to be helpful despite the language barrier. simple facilities, but spotlessly clean. a nice breakfast delivered every morning. a few things within the room such as fittings could be improved, but overall we were very happy with the accommodation.
− the only problem i had was with the payment. the owners of this accommodation expect to be paid in cash upon arrival. they do not accept credit cards and we only got to know of this while we were already enroute from taipei. if this fact were clearly mentioned on the website at the time of booking, we would have been prepared. running around chiayi to exchange currency was not something i enjoyed doing.

− There was some ants in the room and there was no air conditioning. But you are up in the mountain’s.
內部的木頭裝潢和現代浴室結合的很棒，也有免治馬桶可以使用。不僅老宅本身很漂亮，外面的山景和茶園也都很美很好拍，而且老闆娘一家都很熱心。我們搭公車，從市區走上來大約20分鐘，算是沒有車也很方便！
10.0− 如果有個小冰箱會很方便，尤其下市區沒有路燈，如果有冰箱可以比較好提早買宵夜回來冰！
Our best stay in Taiwan
10.0Oh my word - what a find. An old rustic tea plantation house in a beautiful setting. The host was a delight - we communicated via google translate over a tea ceremony! No facilities locally - would need a car to get dinner but an absolute delight
