8.0La posizione, l'ampiezza degli spazi, la veranda con il camino per grigliate
− Per il prezzo pagato, la struttura andrebbe ringiovanita, dai bagni alle stoviglie agli arredi (es. divano e sedie) e aggiunto il condizionatore. Andrebbero forniti i sacchi per l'immondizia e prodotti per la pulizia della casa (per chi arriva in aereo è impossibile portarli con se).

10.0Alles super. Nur wenige Schritte zum Meer, grosses Haus mit grosser gemütlicher Veranda. Ruhig gelegen. Vermieter Giacomo ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation iist sehr gut und auch schnell. Wir durften früher einchecken und auch Stunden später auschecken. Es wurde gut für uns gesorgt. Wir haben das sehr geschätzt! Sehr zu empfehlen. Werden gerne wieder dieses Haus buchen. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Giacomo, Francesca und seine Familie!

10.0Una casa molta bella e ben curata a 2 passi da un pezzo fantastico della spiaggia di Santa Margherita, con poca gente e mare turchese. La casa ha una bella veranda dove passare i pomeriggi al fresco e dentro ha molti comfort.
