1.0When I called the facility… to inform them that my flight was canceled and I was arriving a later day. I was informed that my reservation was canceled from March and they thought my reservation was fraud/scam. I was not aware of the cancelation and had to make new reservations at another hotel.

− One bedroom door knob couldn’t open from the inside, the other bedroom door knob didn’t close and there’s no fire-stick connected to the tv which wasn’t used.
