Misdescribed listing, rude owner!
1.0I booked this guesthouse explicitly because it listed a swimming pool, I didn’t and doesn’t have one. It was listed and a picture was shown on the listing of the pool. It doesn’t not exist. I spoke to the owner over the phone, who point blank refused neither a reduction in price or an ungraded room to help compensate. Frankly she was very rude and bolshy when I brought this to her attention. I refused to stay and immediately requested a cancellation of the booking. I have also brought this to the attention of this site, as this kind of listing “error” is disingenuous and highly misleading. I booked another hotel a few miles away via the site and it was superb.
