4.0Location close to the sea.
− The apartment gets morning sun and becomes very hot during the summer. It is located right next to tram tracks, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Neighbors upstairs pour dirty water out of their window. It is not possible to keep the window open if anything is placed on the windowsill.

10.0Paliekam ar ģimeni šajos apartamentos ne pirmo reizi. Vienmēr viss ir vislabākajā kārtībā. Dzīvoklis ir neliels, bet ļoti mājīgs un tīrs. Ar visu, kas nepieciešams komfortablai palikšanai. Nerunājot par cenu, kas tiešām ir ļoti izdevīga. Blakus ir pātikas veikali un sabiedriskais transports. 5 minūšu attālumā ir jūra, kas īpaši patīkami ir vasarā. Komunikācija ar saimnieku arī vienmēr ir ļoti patikama. Iesaku

9.0Хорошее место расположение,рядом трамвайная остановка,и 2 больших торговых центра. Море рядом. До центра и центрального пляжа минут 30 ходьбы.Вокруг все зелено. Квартира очень хорошо оборудована,есть даже горшок для детей и приступка в ванной мыть руки. Квартира очень маленькая, 2 взрослых и 2 ребенка,конечно тесновато,но спальных мест хватает. Так нам все понравилось и всё удобно.
− Протекал душ и конечно летом утром в этой квартире очень жарко,так как утренние солнце,к вечеру уже хорошо прохладно. И полку для обуви в коридоре надо прикрутить к стене,а то ребенок ее легко может опрокинуть, хорошо была рядом и поймала полку.

7.0− Shower problem! The dirty water drains off too slowly. Hence, you are standing in dirty water while showering. Need to wash your legs after shower.

10.0Tīrs, izremontēts dzīvoklis. Virtuvē viss nepieciešamais - arī eļļa, tēja un pat daži saldumi. Atrašanās vieta tuvu sabiedriskā transporta pieturai, tāpēc var ērti aizbraukt gan uz centru, gan stadionu "Daugava", kas mums bija svarīgi.
− Jārēķinās, ka vannas istaba ir maza, arī virtuve salīdzinoši šaura.
