Stressfully due to not being child friendly and lack of communication and simply instructions to enter the property and

− Nothin the property was unclean on arrival and the bed s wear like lumpy sacks an the heating was uncontrollably an was not kid friendly an had to spend 1 hour tryin to get access to the apartment as the location of the lock boxes was badly explained an was almost impossible to locate due to a parked car covering them

− I wasn’t given full check in instructions (with pictures) until I arrived and waited outside for 30mins or so. I had no contact number for anyone and had to use booking so was quite distressed at that point
