8.0La struttura è molto spaziosa e abbiamo trovato ombra nel giardino sotto i gelsi.
− ci si sposta unicamente con macchina e una macchina grande entra con difficoltà nel posteggio. Il giorno della partenza abbiamo dovuto portarci via la nostra spazzatura , che era ben separata e messa nei appositi contenitori, senza indicazioni dove smaltire, inaccettabile !!!!

8.0Groß mit viel Platz. Die Fotos entsprechen der Realität. Klimaanlage in 2 Schlafzimmer. Sehr gut eingezäuntes Grundstück (für Kinder). Alles Funktionstüchtig und vorhanden. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub!
− Gastgeber bei vereinbarten Treffen unzuverlässig/stark verspätet, aber grundsätzlich unkompliziert. Viele Mücken, Mückenschutz wird leider auch in der Toskana immer öfter notwendig. Haus steht NICHT an der angegebenen Adresse, sondern ca. 5 Gehminuten davon entfernt. Typisch italienisch: man hört im Haus alles.

− Les deux salles de bain, toilettes au même étage + manque d'entretien et insonorisation faible + escalier qui grince + odeur de gaz (notamment au niveau du chauffe eau) + pas de micro-ondes + accès à la place du parking difficile >> adresse mal indiquer >> maison vieillot
