Als Familie prima für einfache Unternehmungen in der Gegend...gerne mal wieder.
9.0Der Wintertrip Ende Januar hat aufgrund des Wetters prima geklappt- Rodelberg direkt an der Unterkunft- für Kinder super, auch der Rodelberg im Ort ist durch den Wald nach knapp 2 km erreicht- Ansonsten einfacher 70er Jahre Charme des Objektes- Wohnung aber renoviert und in gutem Zustand. Der Ort selbst ist recht verschlafen- aber wenn man mobil ist, gute Lage im Oberharz.
− In 4 Nächsten hatten wir 2x abends Feueralarm im Block mit Evakuierung- in der Mappe der Wohnung steht, dass die Alarmanlage sehr sensibel eingestellt ist und bereits ein Ofen beim Backen die Anlage auslösen könnte- wir haben uns daher vorsichtig verhalten und schnell auch mal durchgelüftet- muss man nur wissen- da es bei uns nicht in der Nacht passierte, war wenigstens der Schlaf nicht gestört, aber Aufregung ist im Block vorhanden.

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit Traumblick & Sonnenuntergang
9.0Die Wohnung war wunderbar. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Geräumig, hell und jeder Winkel gut genutzt. Mit Liebe zum Detail und einer tollen Aussicht. Gut gefallen hat uns auch die Osterdeko. Herr Weber ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war sauber. Im Objekt selbst gab es auch allerhand Vorzüge (Brötchenservice, Schuhreinigungsmaschinen, Aufzug, Schwimmbad, Restaurant, Snackautomaten, Spieltische).
− Aktuell befindet sich das Parkhaus in der Sanierung, daher war nur das obere Deck nutzbar und die Stellplätze rar. Das wird sich aber nach Fertigstellung geben.

9.0Super ausgestattete FeWo und toller Ausblick. Die Nutzung des Hallenbades und des Spielzimmers hat vor allem den Kindern sehr gut gefallen.
