Lovely place to stay
10.0Close to downtown; easy to reach on foot or with a bike. Lots of parking. Clean. Plenty of room for the 6 of us. It was super nice having the garage space for storing our bikes. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for making meals. I especially liked the outdoor grill; loved having the option for flat top griddle or open grill. This is the second time staying here, I hope to stay here next time I visit Fruita.
Great place - clean, has a garage, patio and can walk to restaurants would stay again for sure.

10.0We came to Fruta for a Wedding and the venue was just down the road from the house. The house provided us with all the comforts of home. The house is bigger than it looks in the pics.
