10.0The property itself is very tranquil with a background white noise of trickling water all over the resort and a very soft spa type music playing around the pool. The aesthetic of the whole place is beautiful and relaxing. We had a jungle room and the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable.
− There was nothing that I didn’t like about the property, but I would give a warning that there are a lot of stairs leading up to the front desk of the resort and a lot of stairs to get to certain Shalla’s and some steep walking from some of the rooms, but this was not something we minded
Peaceful, recharging, adventurous, and surrounded by a great team to help take care of me!

8.0The location of the rooms was quite far from the main entrance. I think that’s something that can’t be corrected, but also the cleaning people use very very strong, strong chemical based cleaners which was burning my nose and didn’t feel healthy. I think if they could switch to more eco-friendly cleaning detergent I would’ve been happier.
