10.0Ons verblijf in dit appartement in Frascati was fantastisch! De ligging was perfect: midden in het gezellige centrum, omringd door winkels, restaurants en cafés. Vanaf het balkon konden we de levendige sfeer direct ervaren, wat ons verblijf extra bijzonder maakte. Het appartement zelf was zeer schoon, ruim en ideaal voor ons gezin met twee kinderen. Alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig, inclusief een volledig uitgeruste keuken met zelfs koffiecapsules. De eigenaar was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Hij ontving ons persoonlijk, hielp mee met het dragen van onze spullen, gaf duidelijke uitleg over het appartement en wees ons waar we wel en niet konden parkeren. Ook in het centrum was voldoende parkeergelegenheid beschikbaar, wat erg praktisch was. Vooraf had ik gevraagd om een strijkijzer en een strijkplank, omdat we in Frascati een bruiloft van vrienden bijwoonden – en ook dat had de eigenaar keurig geregeld. Kortom: wij hebben enorm genoten en komen hier zeker terug. Heel erg bedankt voor de gastvrijheid!

Fantastic apartment in fantastic location.
9.0Lovely spacious and light apartment, finished to a high standard, in excellent condition, spotlessly clean. No personal effects of the owner so feels more like you are staying in hotel accommodation but with lots more room. Superb location just off the main square in Frascati. 5 min walk to train station and 30 min train in to Rome Termini for a couple of euros. Great place to stay if you want to visit Rome whilst having a more peaceful retreat to stay.
− I presume we are one of the first guests there and is therefore very newly finished. It lacks a couple of basic facilities that you might take for granted - an iron and ironing board (important for business travellers in particular) and a kettle (saucepan on hob to make a hot drink)! Both very simple and hopefully easily addressed for future visitors.
