− The pool very dirty and one room only available small sofa and a person can’t sleep on that. Not mentioned as described. So consider 3 rooms only beds available. The washrooms conditions very bad and smelly.

− Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations. The property felt more like a privately owned house that is occasionally rented out rather than a well-maintained homestay. Cleanliness was below what we expected, and the swimming pool appeared cloudy, which raised concerns about how well it is maintained. As the pool was one of the main reasons we chose this property, this was particularly disappointing. Basic amenities were also lacking. No toiletries such as body wash, toothbrushes, or toothpaste were provided. While we understand that not all homestays offer hotel-style amenities, it would be helpful if this were clearly stated in advance. There were also no complimentary drinks or simple refreshments such as tea, coffee, or Milo. Overall, the property would benefit from better maintenance, improved cleanliness standards, and more attention to guest comfort. With these improvements, the guest experience could be significantly better.

1.0Nothing make us happy. Poor cleanliness and the homestay looked very different from the pictures advertised. Many rules were not disclosed on the booking app. The swimming pool water was cloudy and not well maintained. Overall, a disappointing stay.

There were also too many rules and restrictions that were not clearly stated on the booking app before we made the reservation. We booked a homestay with a private pool to relax and enjoy our time with friends. While there was some noise and drinking involved, we were respectful and made sure to keep the areas we used clean. Unfortunately, when an issue arose, the staff handled the situation very poorly and were rude instead of being helpful and professional. The swimming pool water was also not clear and appeared to be poorly maintained. Overall, the experience did not meet our expectations, and I would not recommend this homestay.
