Het appartement was helemaal compleet. Alles wat nodig is was aanwezig. Het parkeren bij de accommodatie was ook erg goed geregeld. Vooral de host Gianluigi was super! Erg duidelijk in zijn uitleg en was zeer behulpzaam.

− In principe niks. Een heel klein puntje is dat er geen haakje voor de handdoek in de keuken was.

Appartement propre, spacieux et bien équipé, situé tout près de l'arrêt de bus. Le propriétaire est très accueillant et fait en sorte que votre séjour se passe pour le mieux.

− L'isolation phonique laisse passer le bruit des voisins mais c'est tout à fait supportable

Abbiamo soggiornato qui durante il weekend del Gran Premio di Monza. La posizione a questo scopo è buona in quanto l'autodromo è raggiungibile in circa 30/35 minuti d'auto. Gianluigi è un host gentilissimo, è stato molto flessibile con il check-in, ci ha fornito moltissime informazioni sull'appartamento, sul check-in, sui dintorni e ha sempre risposto prontamente a ogni nostro dubbio o domanda. L'appartamento è moderno e spazioso, pulitissimo e ben fornito anche di generi alimentari di base (sale, olio, fette biscottate, bottigliette d'acqua), pasticche per la lavastoviglie, phon, ferro da stiro e un po' tutto quello che può servire durante il soggiorno.

− Se proprio devo sforzarmi di trovare qualcosa di migliorabile: cuscini forse leggermente duri, ma è molto soggettivo. Il posto auto coperto è molto molto comodo, noi avevamo una Toyota Yaris ed è entrata senza problemi, ma forse un veicolo più grande/SUV potrebbe avere qualche difficoltà. I vicini una sera sono stati a tratti un po' rumorosi, ma nulla di realmente problematico.

L'appartement est spacieux, confortable et bien équipé. Il est situé en centre-ville, à proximité des bars, des commerces et de la gare (un plus). La gentillesse du propriétaire est exceptionnelle ! Il nous a fourni toutes les informations nécessaires pour notre séjour.

Bright and renovated apartment on the third floor with two a/c. 20 minutes from Como can be an ideal stay for exploring the entire area. Closed parking (Countryman barely fit). The host is excellent. He sent us detailed instructions (with video and photo) for check in as well as information about the shops of Erba.

− There are some small things I would like to point out, such as a salad dryer that would be very useful, but overall everything was very good.
