We would highly recommend this apartment.
10.0Although quite compact the apartment had a big balcony which made it feel spacious and the view was amazing. It was so nice to be greeted personally and not merely directed to a lock box. Lara was very welcoming and helpful. The washing machine was very handy.
− While generally well equipped there was no bread knife, ironing board or washing powder provided.

9.0Wohnung wie beschrieben, moderne Einrichtung. Gute, ruhige Lage, mit Blick auf die Berge, trotzdem nahe zum Zentrum Garmisch. Backofen, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine. Ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck. Parkmöglichkeiten Vermieter freundlich, reagiert schnell auf E-Mails, auch bei Fragen vor Ort. .
− Wunderschöne Terrasse, leider fehlt ein Sonnenschirm o.ä., wird bei sommerlichem Wetter schnell heiß dort und ist dann mangels Schatten kaum nutzbar. Couch ist sehr weich, es fehlen Kissen. Im Bad fehlt eine Ablagemöglichkeit wie etwa ein kleines Board o.ä. am Waschbecken. Kühlschrank ohne Gefrierfach.

9.0Fantastic location with stunning view of the mountains. Great deck to enjoy the view. Very clean and tidy throughout, easy walking distance to train station, town, and supermarket. Washing machine and dryer appreciated.
− For those arriving by foot from the train station, it would’ve been really helpful to have a paper map available as well as some brochures on walks and activities in the area, rather than just relying on an app. It was also tricky to find food as we arrived on a Sunday when all shops were closed, but the train station had some food available. In the apartment itself, it would’ve been nice to have had some soap, washing powder or liquid, and perhaps some coffee. Pillows were not supportive enough. Just a few thoughts that might be helpful.

10.0Perfekte Ferienwohnung für eine Auszeit in Garmisch: neuwertige, moderne, ruhige, gemütliche, perfekt ausgestattete Wohnung mit einem riesigen sonnigen Balkon mit Blick Richtung Albspitze. Sogar Wäscheständer, Bügeleisen usw. Wohnung liegt ruhig aber trotzdem fußläuig (1km) zur Stadtmitte von Garmisch mit Bäcker, Supermärkte usw. Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus immer vorhanden. Waschmaschine und Trockner im Keller nutzbar. Sehr toller Service und Hilfsbereitschaft: Anruf extra am Anreisetag, persönliche Schlüsselübergabe bevorzugt angeboten, telefonische Erreichbarkeit war gegeben. Top!
