10.0Although it looks small, it was actually quite spacious. Everything was clean and organized. The neighbors were nice as well. We did not use the hot tub but it is there and working if you want to use it. Overall it was a very welcoming atmosphere. It became our home away from home.
− We did lose internet but that was attributed to the bad weather and was resolved fairly quickly. The ice machine was clogged and caused a little mess but nothing I couldn't handle.

10.0We love to place it had everything.We needed.All the essentials the soap for shower dishwasher soap laundry detergent ,plenty of towels also had beach chairs , beach toys, 10×10 canopy and the best of all a club car , which was great we used it every day to go to the beach. Not only that , they had three bedrooms with one king bed , one queen bed 4 twin beds but also 2 extra twins that can be layed on the floor for extra sleeping space and a baby crib in the closet, that's 9 mattresses. I can go on and on but we were very pleased with the place definitely go back in the future 😀
− I can't think of any negatives, but I would put a new dryer in there the one in there doesn't work properly takes too long to dry.
