L'appartamento è davvero perfetto: molto ben arredato, pulitissimo e dotato di ogni comfort. Il letto è comodissimo e ho apprezzato molto la presenza del bollitore e di tutto l'occorrente per preparare un caffè o un tè. Ben attrezzata e non manca nulla per un piacevole soggiorno. Manca solo la televisione TV. Le foto corrispondono al vero. La posizione è buona, vicina alle fermate dell'autobus che collegano facilmente il centro città e il bellissimo lungomare, e a pochi passi da un bellissimo parco. La strada è silenziosa da parte degli umani.

− L'aspetto negativo più importante è stato lo stridio dei gabbiani che si appollaiano sui tetti delle case già a partire dalle 4 di ogni mattina fino a sera e hanno reso difficile dormire. So che si tratta di una caratteristica di Brighton e non dipende dal proprietario, ma avrei apprezzato che fosse segnalato nell'annuncio, così da poterlo tenere in considerazione prima della prenotazione. Anche il mobile-specchio sopra il lavabo del bagno è oggettivamente troppo basso tanto da rendere difficile lavarsi il viso.

Lovely and cosy place in a quiet street away from the crowds of the Lanes in Central Brighton. I was a good 25/30 minutes to reach the centre but we like walking. We also discovered Queens Park, a beautiful park nearby where we could enjoy cooler air/ atmosphere on a very hot weekend. The hosts were very accommodating with the timings when we left and we were extremely grateful for that! Highly recommended place!

Pleasant stay, clean room with nice extras.

Nice touches with the extras plus the fridge. There was good quality tea and coffee but could have done with some small milk sachets. (A shop is close by and a nice pub) Great shower and bathroom. Super clean and lovely paintings & decor.

− My partner felt the bed was too hard but I was fine with it. The seagulls like squawking early in the morning but that's probably normal for Brighton.
