10.0La piscina, y que tuviera aire acondicionado y ventiladores (muy importante con éste calor), aunque si abrías las ventanas al estar tan alto corría un aire buenísimo, además tenía horno, tostadora, cafetera, y lavadora y todo... Super buena presión de agua en la ducha, la cama comodísima y además varios tipos de almohadas. Me parece súper importante lo de las almohadas porque no a todos nos gustan igual y podías elegir la que mejor te viniera.
− La tapa del WC se movía un pelín.

10.0Чудове розташування квартири, до моря хвилин 5 до моря, до магазину хвилин 10 пішки. Великі плюси - це сквер навпроти будинку, басейн під домом і паркінг. В квартирі було все необхідне, кухонне приладдя і побутова техніка.
