− Lack of attention to details. The room was not cleaned properly when we arrived found a rubbish left in the fridge from previous guests, soap dispenser didn’t work, lack of toilet paper, no washing powder or no peg left for hanging washing.

9.0The appartment is well equipped, located near a bus station and a supermarket, quiet at night, convenient self-checkin, smart TV, Alexa, great wifi.
− 4th floor without elevator, there were no thick blankets, jusr thin sheets.

3.02 спальные комнаты и просторная квартира .
− Хозяин не дал заранее данные как войти в апартаменты. Всей семьей пришлось стоять под зданием среди ночи без единой информации, и выпрашивать код двери , и этаж был 4 без лифта что было крайне не удобно с ребенком и вещами тяжелыми. Помещение без отопления, висит кондиционер в коридоре, а в спальне холод как на улице. И выключался полностью свет несколько раз.
