9.0Zeer vriendelijk personeel,zeer goed onderhouden tuinen, zwembaden,ik was er alleen met mijn dochter,bizar want het is echt wel een leuke plaats/resort.De keuken was ook goed, hadden natuurlijk niet alles,een beetje normaal met zo weinig gasten.Ik hoop voor de mensen daar dat ze vlug weer veel nieuwe gasten mogen ontvangen!
− Enige minpuntje, wat ver van de restaurants,bars je hebt wel vervoer nodig.

10.0The beach area was lovely. The breakfast was exceptional and the pool was huge and very clean. The staff were so prompt and friendly at answering our questions. The grounds were exceptionally clean. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel and there was even an airport and ferry transfer included in the hotel room price. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.
Okay place to stay but they need to improve their shuttle service.
5.0The place is pretty clean and decent. The breakfast also offered a wide variety of foods. The resort also offers free airport pick up and drop off.
− Although the staffs are polite and friendly, there were several miscommunication and mistakes. I requested an airport pick up but the service didn’t show up until almost an hour after our arrival, turns out it hadn’t been booked. When we requested another one for drop off, it also came late as they thought we requested to be picked up. Fortunately, we still had time otherwise we wouldn’t have made it to our flight!

− Mean lady at the front desk has no clue about customer service. Made me wait forever for simple questions about my room. Doesn't make eye contact acts like I'm bothering her just unbelievable 😞
