− La lámpara de la habitación de matrimonio es una tortura. Está tan baja que nos dábamos golpes en la cabeza con ella todo el rato. Es lo único que veo mejorable.

− Narrow access upstairs with stair lift making it difficult to negotiate cases around. No instructions for using equipment in the kitchen or tv. Internet not reliable. Having to make several phone calls to gain access to the property when a simple email with the code would have made life much easier
