− The carpet was dirty, the downstairs smells musty, there was asbestos like substance coming out of the walls downstairs and one of the pillows was mouldy from the downstairs dampness. The toilet smelt of urine, and the sink was blocked. I am sorry but the house is in need of some significant love and care.
