9.0Visited with my family it was plesent stay, only the issue while check inn at the reception it took more time than usual time Please look into that it helps a lot

1.0I booked from booking.com sites and got a confirmation number. Once I reached there , it was said they don't have information about booking so I need to do another booking and for the other booking I Paid 15k. The 15k amount was 7K more than the booking amount. My suggestion
