Buenas vistas, buena ubicación pero muy deteriorado y descuidado

− Hola, Quería trasladarle nuestra decepción con el estado de limpieza del apartamento. Sinceramente, creemos que necesita una limpieza integral. Nada más llegar, retiramos la alfombrilla de la bañera y estaba llena de pelos, lo que daba la impresión de que no se había retirado para limpiar. El suelo parecía fregado con una fregona sucia. Los electrodomésticos estaban cubiertos de grasa y la alfombra de la cocina tenía un aspecto muy deteriorado y bastante sucio. Al abrir la nevera, las superficies estaban tan pegajosas que se quedaban los dedos pegados. En el sofá y debajo de él encontramos migas de pan. Además, las sábanas y las toallas no olían a limpio. No funcionaban 2 de Los ventiladores de techo de dos habitaciones, la principal y la de las dos camas individuales. Por otro lado, la taza del inodoro del baño de la derecha estaba descolgada y se movía al sentarse, algo que también debería revisarse por seguridad. Íbamos con una niña pequeña, por lo que esta situación nos resultó especialmente incómoda. Como sugerencia, creo que sería conveniente que revisara personalmente el apartamento después de que se realice la limpieza, para asegurarse de que cumple con un nivel adecuado antes de la llegada de los huéspedes. Me sorprende, sinceramente, no haber visto más comentarios sobre la limpieza, ya que nuestra experiencia en este aspecto ha sido bastante negativa. Un saludo.
