10.0Everything! This hotel is just amazing. We were on 5 weeks holiday in Hong Kong, Okinawa, Tokyo, Osaka, Busan, Seoul and back to Hong Kong and stayed in lots of different hotels - this was by far the very best hotel on this trip. The staff are quite young and very helpful and nice. The facilities are amazing, both in the rooms but also public areas and facilities for the guests. Great areas to hang out outside your hotel room. Every little detail from slippers, kettle, cups, hair dryer etc. have this little extra quality level. The rooms are also very spacious. Our room for 2 adults and 2 kids were amazing. It also helped us to have this kind big sized flat/room during typhoon and look down. The hotel provided necessary stuff in the lobby during this typhoon. There are food trucks right outside and the swimming pool was amazing. We plan to come back to this hotel one day - all the way from Norway! The only thing that was a little bit simple was the menu and food options at the hotel. At the same time it’s several places to eat right outside de the hotel so it dosent really matter + the fact that you ah ether opertunity to eat at a nice big table in your room. All in all we highly recommend this hotel!
