10.0Posizione ottima, facilità di parcheggio, a due passi dalle principali attrattive...alloggio molto carino, pulito ordinato e ben distribuito. Lavori di ristrutturazione eseguiti con cura....bellissime le pareti in pietra a vista, il soppalco e le scale...complimenti...unica pecca è averci trascorso solo una notte...

7.0La possibilité d arriver tard dans la nuit vu notre horaire d atterrissage, et la proximité de l aéroport ( 10 à 15 min) c est très pratique Facile pour se garer dans la rue Hôte à l écoute qui a bien compris nos besoins quand nous lui avons parlé de nos problèmes de couchage... Bien pour découvrir la ville de Giovinazzo à pied
− Il faut bien préciser les besoins quand on arrive en groupe car nous étions 5 et nous aurions préféré que le canapé lit soit fait plutôt que de dormir à 3 dans la même chambre (En fait il y a une chambre et en enfilade une petite chambre à 2 lits avec porte coulissante) et un canapé lit en bas dans le sejour Ne pas hésiter à demander des couvertures ( nuits fraîches en octobre)
