7.0− I was literally bombarded with messages on WhatsApp about how lucky I was chossing the location, how close is to the main attractions and so on but none of them talking about the change on the entry codes. Bad experience getting in and the finding the apartment. Train your robot on how to reply or have a human answer the phone. The picture with the cathedral is not relevant for the apartment. I have not seen one picture showing the elevator in the room or the air conditioning facing the bed. Overall disapointed.

8.0Апартаментът беше приятен, с голяма хубава тераса, но много по-малък отколкото беше описано. Леглото скърцаше, липсваха някои елементарни консумативи. Настаняването беше трудно и изнервящо, защото пропуснаха да отбележат кой точно е нашият апартамент в сградата и се лутахме доста време, докато го намерим. А съдействието на виртуалния асистент беше напълно безполезно и още по-объркващо. Добре че до входа на сградата имаше много приятен бар чиято собственичка ни съдейства и помогна да се справим с напрежението и да заредим телефона. Има платен паркинг на 2 мин. Площада точно до апартамента беше много красив с кафенета.

− Byly neumyté taliře ve skříňce, vedle toho zastrčená rozbitá sklenička a na toaletě nebyl ani jediný toaletní papír, což je dost problém.
