1.0The lifeguards were the only saving grace. They were lovely and attentive.
− Everything from start to finish. The front desk staff were rude. There was building work. No stock at the bar or restaurant. Run down doesn’t even describe it. They cancelled our tours and didn’t tell us till after the tour was due to leave and we were waiting. I had to fight for a refund.

3.0Resort is spacious with various dinning and activities available.
− Resort added additional fees at check in because they considered my 2 teenagers (or any child over 12) to be adults. I made a specific request for 2 queen beds and recieved confirmation from the resort, prior to check in, that they could accommodate sleeping arrangements for my family of 4. At check in I was given a king sized bed room after again confirming it would be a double room. Resort would not change the room and instead gave us 2 cots and no pillows for them. After paying double the cost in additional fees, we still couldn't all get a decent bed. Resort is set away from the city area and getting a grab or taxi is very unreliable. If we took a tricycle from the resort to a location getting back was an issue.
We enjoyed our stay, staff were great & the Tomato & Basil restaurant was brilliant for our group.

Extremely dissatisfied especially considering there were 23 of us for 7-8 days, spending lots of money
2.0Staff were lovely, however could not help resolve the many issues our very large group had !
− Many of our group did not have hot water for the whole duration ( a week) of our stay . These included premium priced accomodation. There seemed little urgency from anyone to help resolve this issue, even after many attempts by us. One couple in our group were charged for two rooms and this is still to be resolved . Every day there was something “ sold out or unavailable “ , thus included basic things like the beer we were drinking and coke, plus many food menu items. The rooms were never topped up with tea, coffee and sugar. Unfortunately I would never recommend this accomodation because of the many issues experienced by all of us. There needs to be a manager available on site to address these issues as the staff on site were clearly not a position to deal with it .
