7.0Localisation, terrasse, espace grand et lumineux, facilités mises à disposition (serviettes, petits savons, machine à laver)
− Check-In/Check-Out : une horreur absolue! Ce qu'on ne vous dis pas lors de la réservation c'est que se fait via une agence située à Varenna (à 10/15min en voiture), que trouver un emplacement à Varenna est IMPOSSIBLE, de plus la rue étant en travaux lors de notre arrivée elle était innaccessible, nous avons stationné à 20min de là MAIS ATTENTION 20min de randonnée avec du dénivelés, de la chaleur, des moustiques,... tout cela avec des enfants de bas âge, 6h de route dans les jambes... pour récupérer les clefs en 2min. Le Check-Out: nous avons opté pour un arrêt rapide en contre-sens de la rue, avec les 4 feux allumés. Heuresement pas de policiers en patrouille à ce moment-là.

− The listing advertised the apartment as having air conditioning and it only had two little fans. When we addressed it with the rental company they confirmed it was a mistake in the listing and booking confirmation, but refused to refund part of the booking price. Hot summer days in Italy with no AC! The view from the terrace is ugly, not a nice place to sit. The apartment was not very clean.

9.0Pleasant accommodation, 5 minutes to the lake, restaurants, and shopping. Spacious underground garage for both car and bikes.
