A beautiful house! Especially for families, we had an amazing time here! The pool was lovely, kids had a great time! Lots of shops, restaurants close by, and beach is in walking distance 15 min approx . House was clean and tidy, we will definitely return here! Thank you x x

Beautiful villa gated access located in a quiet area but within easy walking distance to local shops and bars and a 10/15 walk to the start of the Protaras strip, villa was spotless bright and spacious had all the amenities full air conditioned, washing machine fridge freezer beach and bath towels all included large shower it also has a down stairs toilet which was a great addition whilst using the swimming pool,plenty of seating areas around the pool sunshine and shade outside shower, pool was also cleaned mid way through our stay, we could not fault it fabulous stay,

Mooie ligging in een rustige wijk, leuke en gezellige bars op 10 minuten lopen. Uitgaan in Ayia Napa is ook erg aan te raden!

Location excellent, close enough to walk to beach, bars, restaurants but far enough away not to be noisy. Bus stop 50 metres from villa which we caught to different beaches. Villa itself was spotless and good furnishing throughout, plenty of sunbeds and outdoor seating, pool was cleaned 3 times during our stay, overall we all had an amazing time and would book this villa again and recommend to others

− Would have preferred pool with steps down into it as some of us do struggle with the ladder type steps into a pool
