6.0Het appartement met terras waar we hadden voor ingeschreven was bezet. De gastvrouw heeft ons een alternatief gegeven maar niet met de specificaties waarvoor we hadden ingeschreven. Geen terras, geen wasmachine, ... Daar hadden we op gehoopt gezien onze fietsreis
− Dubbele boeking. Dit verwachten we niet bij reservaties via booking.com
