Great position and people, but with many aspects to improve.
6.0Great position and public transport links. Good laundry service. Good customer service. Supermarkets within walking distance.
− Quite dirty in general. Also, I was given an extremely dirty room upon arrival (stained silverware and glasses, literal poop stains on the wall next to the toilet), which I complained about, and it was thankfully changed. Lacking useful objects in the room (toilet brush, hand soap, rubbish bins) as well as spaces (no dining space, had to use the work desk). Constant smell of weed coming up from the inside garden from the afternoon until evening. Quite noisy, both from the road below and from the other rooms.
